Junior Branding project based on 826 National, an network of seven nonprofit organizations started by in 2001 by writer Dave Eggers and some friends in the San Francisco area. They're dedicated to helping students, ages 6-18, with expository and creative writing, offering drop-in tutoring, field trips, workshops, and in-schools programs — all free of charge. To raise funds, inspire creativity, and advertise programs, each location features an uniquely themed storefront, filled with unusual products, entertaining signage, and books for sale.
A+B is a Steampunk/Sky Explorer themed retail store that takes place in Albuquerque, Arizona. Above and B’yonder or 826 Albuquerque is an air trading post of sorts for adventurers, mechanics and pioneers of the sky. Our Store houses clothing, schematics, contraptions, and supplies for various situations, all for the ambitious explorers traveling the world. "We want to spice up one's view on the world. To help build up confidence and self esteem. We aim encourage we want our customers to reach for the sky for imagination and writing"
The majority of the Logo consists of an arrow paired with “826” going upwards. This Arrow
which is always moving towards to top, is the portrayal of ambition, or the hope & dreams of an
individual no longer bound by their beginnings. Usually the logo is always part of a stacked
cluster, but it's also supposed to function on its own as well...
